QE-DEF-0325 The logon failed for the following reason
RQP-DEF-0068 Unable to connect to at least one database during a multi-data attach to 1 database(s) in: oushu

原因

Datasource name in Framework Manager was lower case but it is uppercase in Cognos Connection

Cognos Connection 默认是大写，Framework Manager 默认是小写
合理推测 Cognos Connection 设置为 oushu，当将 oushu 的数据源的 catalog 加载到 Framework Manager 中，Framework Manager 去数据源中查找 oushu；
由于数据源默认是大写会被识别成 OUSHU，导致不一致的情况发生

解决方案

将数据源名称设置成 OUSHU
